Sirius
I chose this star because this the name of my favorite character in the Harry Potter series. The name derived from ancient Greece, meaning “glowing” or “scorcher.” It is the brightest star in the night sky, and will stay this way for the next 210,000 years. It originally started out as two separate stars, but as time went on, the larger of the two consumed the smaller one, creating what it it now.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirius#/media/File:Canis_Major_constellation_map.svg
