Test Tomorrow

In my first blog post for the unit I talked about non redox reactions which included double replacement and acid based reactions. For the test tomorrow no only will those be on there, but redox reactions will as well. Here is a picture explaining what makes a reaction a redox reactions:

There are four different types of redox reactions. There is single replacement, synthesis, decomposition, and combustion reactions. Here is a link describing each of the reactions: http://chemwiki.ucdavis.edu/Analytical_Chemistry/Electrochemistry/Redox_Chemistry/Oxidation-Reduction_Reactions

  1. Kendall, I found your picture of the redox reactions very beneficial, since this is one of the main concepts I have been struggling with. Your link was very helpful, and I wish I had looked at them before taking the test like you did. Thanks for this!
